Motivation Is What Gets You Started………Habit Is What Keeps You Going

Hey! Everyone this is my first blog and my first post i am writing
I want to motivate and share knowledge about fitness with all of you who all are reading this. I can only motivate you to get you started but it’s on you to make this a habit or not. Because “MOTIVATION IS WHAT GETS YOU STARTED………HABIT IS WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING”
Fitness requires DISCIPLINE doing what need to be done even through you don’t want to. Fitness is not about being better than someone else……it’s about being better than you use to be. So destroy everything that destroys you and make your body the sexiest outfit. It’s is slow process don’t make it slower my quitting it. Your fitness is 100% mental your body won’t go where your mind doesn’t push it. Our body are capable of anything it’s our minds we have to convince. If you want to reach that goal so bad you will have to make sacrifices.
